Refund policy

At Arielle Bijouterie, every piece is handcrafted with care. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, we do not accept refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective piece, contact us within 14 days of receipt at arielle.bijouterie@gmail.com with a photo of the defect. We will do our best to repair or replace the piece.

Every Arielle piece comes with a free repair within 2 months of purchase. To benefit from this, contact us by email.

Made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
